Oh em gee!Justin Bieber fan Mariah Yeater, claims Pop star's 'fathered'

A Californian woman, Mariah Yeater, gave birth three months ago and it has emerged that she's named Justin as the father and has even asked him to take a paternity test to prove her story is true.
The 20-year-old new mother has launched a lawsuit against the pop star with legal papers reportedly being filed over the last few days.
It is believed Mariah is asking Justin to provide 'adequate support' for the baby.
According to her story, she slept with Justin on 25 October last year after the singer's gig in LA where he invited her backstage to meet with him.

At the time Justin was 16, which under California law is underage which would make Mariah , who was 19 at the time, guilty of statutory rape. *OMG!*
The court hearing is reportedly set for 15 December but Justin's representatives deny him having any involvement saying:
"While we haven't yet seen THE LAWSUIT, it's sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory AND demonstrably false claims. We WILL VIGOROUSLY PURSUE all available legal remedies to DEFEND AND protect Justin against THESE ALLEGATIONS."
