German Chancellor Angela Merkel talks with Queen Elizabeth II during a reception for world leaders attending the G20 summit at Buckingham Palace on April 1, 2009 in London, England. The delegates will later be attending a dinner at Downing Street cooked by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.
