Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy wedding ,ban parents from high table!

Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy reportedly forced their families to sit on separate tables at their wedding reception.

The couple's respective parents did not sit at the top table, as is customary. The pair instead invited their friends to sit with them, the News of the World reports.

"Peter and Abbey were acting like embarrassed schoolkids who didn't want to be seen with their parents," a source said. "It was like they didn't want the grown-ups near them spoiling their fun.

"It seemed quite a weird thing to do on such a big occasion."

The newlyweds are said to have partied until 4.30am at the Stapleford Park Hotel in Leicestershire, where their reception was taking place.

Guests including Liverpool footballer Glen Johnson and former Aston Villa star Lee Hendrie enjoyed a three-course meal at the celebration.

The first dance was to U2's 'Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own', while Beverley Knight also performed. They will honeymoon in Ibiza.
