I'm pregnant! Alicia Keys annouces she's expecting her first child (but disguises her bump under a huge dress)

Alicia Keys had a definite glow about her at a charity gala in London last night, and now it's clear why.
The 29-year-old confirmed today she is pregnant with her first child.
The Grammy award winnnig singer and her boyfriend Swizz Beatz, 31, are also engaged to be married, a spokesperson said.

Last night the Empire State of Mind singer looked radiant as she took the the red carpet in a bold textured gown.
She kept her bump disguised beneath the huge billowing confection as she arrived for the Keep A Child Alive Black Ball at held at St John's in Smith Square.

She hosted the event alongside actress Thandie Newton and other guests included reatlity TV star Katie Price and X Factor group.
She was also joined on the night by Swizz, real name Kasseem Dean, who has created hits for Jay Z and Whitney Houston.
Swizz has two sons, Kasseem Jr from his marriage to Mashonda Tifrere and Prince Nasir from a previous relationship.
His draw-out divorce from Tifrere was finalised last month.
