High-waisted jeans are back, spurred on by the success of an LA-based range called Not Your Daughter's Jeans, now available in Britain.
The high waist sucks in the tummy and the Lycra in the material subtly reshapes your bottom and thighs.
'They are comfy, fit properly and are flattering,' says Amanda Slader, chief fashion adviser at John Lewis.
